Had a great Christmas stay with delicious complementary Christmas desserts and drinks and a cozy atmosphere around the fire in the lobby. The hotel's location near the local markets and cable car station made it easy to explore the city. The clean and comfy rooms were relaxing and the breakfast had a good variety of options. Plus, the underground car park was a definite advantage.

Some of the staff struggled with English and Arabic, which made communication difficult at times. The rooms were a bit small, and the aircon didn't work in my room.
